Sea Moss is also excellent for topical use as a face & body mask, its adaptability renders it a convenient and versatile daily supplement.

Sea Moss is best incorporated as a daily natural multivitamin, we suggest a minimum of 2 tablespoons or more for optimal benefits. Our family personally enjoys upwards of 6-8 TBS daily in hot tea, soups, pressed juice, yogurt etc.

Our Sea Moss gel can last up to 5 weeks in the refrigerator and up to six months in the freezer (we recommend using an ice tray). Please note our Sea Moss gel is meant to be consumed and not stored to avoid any spoilage.
