What Is Sea Moss?

How Do I Take Sea Moss?
Our Sea Moss gel can be taken in a few different ways.
- Straight from the jar!
- Mixed into your favorite smoothie, tea, coffee, natural use, oatmeal, soups or water.
- It can also be used topically as a face mask by applying the a thin layer of sea moss gel on the skin. Your skin will tighten as the gel dries. You may then rinse it off with warm water.
How Often Should I Take Sea Moss?
Sea Moss should be taken daily as a natural multivitamin. We recommend you take a minimum of 2 or more tablespoons
How Long Do Our Sea Moss Gels Last?
Our Sea Moss gel can last up to 5 weeks in the refrigerator and up to six months in the freezer (we recommend using an ice tray). Please note our Sea Moss gel is meant to be consumed and not stored to avoid any spoilage.

Our Sea Moss originates from the pristine waters of the Caribbean Sea, specifically in St. Lucia. Meticulously handpicked by local divers, the Sea Moss undergoes a natural harvesting process. Following harvest, it is meticulously cleaned and sun-dried without the use of chemicals or pesticides. Rigorous monitoring and testing of ocean waters for Heavy Metals, including Lead, Mercury, E.Coli, and others, are conducted routinely to uphold the highest quality standards.
