Our Sea Moss gel can be taken in a few different ways.

  • Straight from the jar!

  • It can also be used topically as a face mask by applying the a thin layer of sea moss gel on the skin. Your skin will tighten as the gel dries. You may then rinse it off with warm water.

How Often Should I Take Sea Moss?

Sea Moss should be taken daily as a natural multivitamin. We recommend you take a minimum of 2 or more tablespoons

How Long Do Our Sea Moss Gels Last?

Our Sea Moss gel can last up to 5 weeks in the refrigerator and up to six months in the freezer (we recommend using an ice tray). Please note our Sea Moss gel is meant to be consumed and not stored to avoid any spoilage.
